We encourage expedited shipping options and or the purchase of cold shipping options found in the Chocolate Must Haves section of the website.  In most cases our chocolate is used for the purpose of confectionery creations and is melted down to use anyway and this is not a large issue.  If you have further questions or concerns please call the store.

Merckens Bulk Pink Chocolate Wafers are a premium chocolate wafer that can be used in many different baking applications. Merckens Pink Chocolate Wafers can be used as a dipping chocolate, molding chocolate. This is a bright pink color.  It does not need to be tempered.

Sugar, vegetable oil (palm kernel oil, hydrogenated palm kernel and cotton seed oils), nonfat dry milk, lactic acid ester of mono-and diglycerides with citric acid (to protect flavor), soy lecithin, red 3, salt, and artificial flavor.

Smaller amounts are repackaged.
