However due to temperature variations across the country that are out of our control we do not guarantee the unmelted or melted status of chocolate products that are shipped during warm months. We encourage expedited shipping options and or the purchase of cold shipping options found in the Chocolate Must Haves section of the website.  In most cases our chocolate is used for the purpose of confectionery creations and is melted down to use anyway and this is not a large issue.  If you have further questions or concerns please call the store.

6 cavity- These Trays fit any of the 1/4 lb. Die Cut Blank Rectangular boxes. The tray has 6 cavities. Size of cavities are 1.25" x 1.125". Approximate 3 oz. capacity. Perfect for assorted chocolates, truffles or small creams. FDA compliant for direct food contact.

24 cavity- These Trays fit the 1 lb. 1 layer and the 2 lb. 2 layer 2 piece boxes. The tray has 24 cavities. Size of cavities are 1.25" x 1.125". Approximate 12 oz. capacity. Perfect for creams, cherries and truffles. FDA compliant for direct food contact.

1/2lb- These Trays fit the 1/2 lb. Rectangular Automatic Solid Bottom 1 piece boxes. The tray has 1 cavity. Size of cavity is 5" x 2.125". For fudge applications, plastic material is heat stable to 175° F. Trays are made with heavier material. Approximate 8 oz. capacity. Perfect for fudge (pour directly in), chocolate covered strawberries, any product that requires grease resistance, like nuts or brittle. Opening is larger than the bottom of the tray. FDA compliant for direct food contact.
