This 38% organic milk chocolate delivers a milky-light chocolate taste; fruit and malty tones and unique complexity making it a favorite for baking and confectionery applications. These milk chocolate wafers are part of Collection Etienne (formally known as EGuittard). 38% cacao content and viscosity of 90-100. Case is 25 pounds.
